Role Description

This is a full-time W-2 employee role as the

Marketing & Communications Specialist

for the Signature Group.This is an in-person role in the Uptown office. The MCS is dedicated to the team's mission and is passionate about serving - both the team and our clients. They are creative, proactive, meticulously organized, detail-oriented, savvy with systems, bold, articulate, and timely in their communication.

The MCS can work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks by importance and/or timeliness, and problem-solve on their own. They are also not afraid to ask for help or make mistakes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation:• Manage and update the team's social media accounts.• Generate ideas for video content• Design and order business cards, swag, and other promotional materials.• Create all signage for panels.• Design all team collateral (Listing & Buying Guides, Brochures, Feature Sheets, Door Knockers, etc.)• Develop and send out a monthly newsletter.• Create targeted mailings/postcards/golden letters for property listings.• Plan and execute successful listing marketing plans.• Maintain branding consistency through all platforms in all written, verbal, visual, and audio content.• Build & manage after-care campaigns for closed clients.• Send thank-you's; Send database gifts.• Drive engagement with the Team website.• Sales Support - Marketing Projects.• Listing Coordination-Photos, order posts, prepare MLS.• Landing pages, email blasts, Just Listed/Sold, reverse prospecting, mailers.

Leadership, HR:• Lead marketing efforts, including social media management and targeted mailings.• Develop team meeting agendas.• Facilitate and moderate team meetings.• Back-up TC when sick or on PTO.

Culture & Event Management:• Foster a positive and energetic team environment.• Celebrate and acknowledge team accomplishments, birthdays, and anniversaries.• Plan and organize team outings and events.• Plan yearly client events.• Provide superior customer service to our agents and clients including milestone acknowledgments.

Drive the Database:• Manage, monitor, and audit the CRM database daily for accuracy.• Categorize and manage contacts - Keep all info current- add notes to contacts as applicable.• Implement CRM campaigns & aftercare engagement plans created by Marketing for past clients.• Manage all incoming leads, enter database & route to team members - (Including sign calls, internet leads, referrals, expireds, open house, door knocking, etc.)• Track referrals.• Manage the Team JotForm Account for effective communication about files.• Design CRM campaigns (33 touches, 8x8, 12 direct) to increase referrals and conversion.• Build aftercare engagement plans for past clients.• Plan & manage client appreciation events.

Qualifications

Qualifications:• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar software.• Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)• Familiarity with video production, editing tools & apps (iMovie, Adobe Premiere, etc.) is a plus.• Knowledge of the real estate industry is highly desirable.• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.• Strong interpersonal skills, writing, editing & verbal communication.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics is a plus.
