Human Resources Business Partner

Alliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly skilled

Human Resources Business Partner

to join our team in the Lansdowne, VA office. As the HRBP, you are a vital part of the Human Resource Team. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and are responsible for providing HR consultation and support to designated teams to define and execute people strategies. You will lead organizational assessments that converts strategies into result-driven actions and act as liaison with other HR functions.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:Provide thought leadership through advising, influencing, and providing data and insights to business leaders to achieve strategic objectives through people strategiesDevelop workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is available at the right time, participate in recruitment efforts, and support the onboarding process for new team membersEducate and train team leaders on the performance management process and the goals of team member developmentIdentify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support team member development initiativesProvide change management and coaching to embrace opportunities of scale and growth successfullyProactively assess team, team leaders, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutionsUse HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and optimize team member experienceCollaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and fair compensation practicesAssist in managing organizational change by facilitating communication and supporting team members through transitionsHandle employee relations matters, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environmentEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements; provide guidance on HR-related compliance mattersOther Responsibilities (Non-Essential):

Skills you need to succeed:

Demonstrated proficiency in:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members at all levelsAbility to analyze situations, identify issues, and provide practical and effective solutionsUnderstanding of the business and industry, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall organizational goalsExperience in managing organizational change and helping employees navigate transitionsMaintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive HR mattersEducation and/or experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced degree or professional HR certification preferred10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership
