Understand client business needs and drive identification and documentation of business and user requirements across multiple business unitsConduct elaboration sessions to identify and document user stories, including high-level processes, estimates and prioritiesDesign and document workflows to understand current state processes and potential gapsLead solution design process and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into suitable solutionsConfigure new applications, unit test custom features and demonstrate new features to end usersDocuments new features and functionality, creates training materials and delivers training to end usersBuild and develop strong, trusting long-term business relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills and abilitiesWhat we're looking for:
5+ years in consulting, business analysis and/or relevant industryBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or another related field (Technical BA)Experience in documenting and working within large scale and highly interconnected processes and teams spanning domestic and international media operationsStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel translating to advanced analytical and communication skills leveraging Microsoft OfficeAbility to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
