Position Overview: We're seeking a proactive and hardworking Growth Marketing Manager to develop new strategies for customer acquisition while aggressively experimenting on and scaling existing paid media channels. This role will be crucial in overseeing channel strategy, implementation, and performance. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can set big-picture goals and roll up their sleeves to support the current team's and agency's underlying capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social:Manage day-to-day operations of acquisition channels in collaboration with growth agenciesOversee agency partners across paid channels (e.g., social, Google ecosystem, affiliate, podcast)Maintain and build testing roadmaps with key partnersDrive campaign and channel performance to achieve specific business goalsIdentify optimizations and communicate actionable next steps to stakeholdersReporting:

Provide daily and monthly data reporting on marketing performanceManage marketing budgets and forecasting in coordination with the Director of MarketingTrack daily Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and profitability targetsAd Creative:

Develop creative strategies and assist in content creation for all advertising channelsManage innovative creative briefs that produce impactful, goal-oriented adsCollaborate with the graphic design team to design and traffic marketing assetsEstablish a regular cadence for creative updates across all acquisition channelsInternal & External Communication:

Manage relationships with external agencies and partnersDevelop and evolve internal processes to improve communication efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally with teams to assist in a cohesive marketing effort across channelsProject Management:

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomesDevelop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plansIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive projects forwardImplement and optimize project management tools and processes to increase efficiencyProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership on project progressGeneral Marketing:

Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of Oak Essentials, aligning growth efforts with brand goalsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior in the beauty and wellness spaceCollaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channelsAssist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channelsSupport product launches and promotional initiatives with targeted growth strategiesAnalyze market research and consumer insights to inform marketing decisionsContribute to the development of the brand's voice and positioning in the marketplaceAssist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral, including product descriptions, brand stories, and promotional materialsResearch:

Conduct research on new ad types, content optimization, and industry trendsProvide insights on marketing performance and industry developmentsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid channels with a minimum 1 year of experience directly managing and executing (hands-on keyboard) campaignsPaid Social: Facebook/Instagram and TikTok hands-on experience is a mustExperience with Google, Affiliate, Podcast/Audio, Creator/Influencer channels (preferred)Proven track record in achieving KPIs and ROI in paid social campaignsExperience in the DTC beauty space and/or beauty retail rollout (preferred)Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads ManagerProficiency in data analysis and analytics toolsIn-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)Experience in developing and implementing testing roadmapsStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhotoshop and/or video editing experience (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft SuiteStrong project management and prioritization skillsFamiliarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
