THE JOB:
As an Account Manager, you will manage account relationships/operations within your business book in your assigned territory. This is an outside, business-to-business account management position that provides field support including - training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years outside B2B account management experience - building maintenance background preferredTrack record of success in a client retention rolePositive and outgoing personality; great at building relationshipsExcellent verbal and strong written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databaseAbility to travel daily to client locations locallyMUST reside in Houston, TexasTHE BENEFITS:
