Our client is seeking a talented web developer to join their team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's website and intranet, redesigning key sections, and developing new web interfaces and tools to streamline workflows and data management. Their in-house team produces all web, marketing, and design materials, adhering to the latest trends and best practices.As a member of their Web team, you'll transform design concepts into wireframes and code, publish new web pages, create HTML emails, and contribute to redesign projects. Initially, you'll follow existing guidelines and design specifications, with opportunities to lead new projects as you grow in the role.This is a 100% on-site role.This Role Entails
Crafting user experiences for the client's corporate website and intranet visitorsAnalyzing existing systems, pages, and tools to propose and implement improvementsDesigning wireframes and translating them into codeDeveloping responsive HTML emailsPresenting complex technical and scientific content in a clear, accessible mannerCollaborating with graphic designers, content producers, marketing staff, and back-end developers on:Maintaining consistent branding across mediaCollective brainstorming and incorporating feedback into final productsStaying current with industry best practicesMinimum Qualifications
3+ years of relevant web experienceStrong understanding of information architectureAbility to create clean wireframes, mockups, and prototypesProficiency in HTML and CSS/LESS/SASSExperience with Bootstrap frameworkFamiliarity with CSS preprocessorsExpertise in responsive designWorking knowledge of version controlAbility to read and understand JavaScriptProficiency in cross-client compatible HTML email developmentClear communication of designs to stakeholders and back-end developersCapacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of UX and UI design principlesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsTeam-oriented mindsetCurrent eligibility to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship for employment-based visas available)Helpful Qualifications
