Plan, execute, and oversee the operational activities of our clients, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with management to develop and deliver an exceptional customer experience that effectively represents our clients' charitable missions.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and client outcomes.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans to support client growth and operational excellence.
Coach and train new team members on client and charity education, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
Conduct performance reviews and provide detailed reports to the Business Development Manager to support continuous improvement.
