The VP,HTM Service Product Management, USA primary focus is to enablecontinued growth of the HTM portfolio, the market-leading position of HTM, anddrive downstream marketing activities & sales support. In addition, this role will be a keycontributor to the overall success of Siemens' HTM organization - helping todrive sales alignment, development of key messaging, support market awarenessactivities, and cross-departmental execution for accelerated growth within theSiemens HTM business. Working under the direction of the VP and Head of HealthcareTechnology Management (HTM), the VP, HTM Service Product Management willcollaborate with the HTM Strategy Officer to develop, implement, and executesales channel strategies and go-to-market initiatives. Among other responsibilities, this key role willbe accountable for channel strategies, marketing collateral, documented salesprocesses, tracking and reporting and active participation within complex dealnegotiations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Siemens' Core Service Sales organization on key activities including portfolio harmonization, core pricing within a HTM opportunities and support the overall sales execution.
  • Development of supporting marketing collaterals, case studies, customer testimonials and presentations to help drive and support sales opportunities.
  • Support cross-portfolio marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute key growth initiatives, sales training and education, targeted campaigns, trade shows and assist with new product introductions.
  • Support HTM contract renewal rates and organic growth targets.
  • Ongoing tracking and improvement of sales velocity and sales processes.
  • Quarterly communication cadence with HTM, Core and Block Imaging to highlight national and zone level performance, forecasting, and key Service Business Management topics.
  • Drive predictability and accountability of HTM sales forecasting and order obtainment.
  • Up to 30% travel required for occasional sales support and market growth initiatives.
  • Work with VP and Head of HTM and HTM Strategy Officer to develop, execute and support service sales strategic territory development plans.

Education/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years within Healthcare Marketing, Product Management, Business Development.
  • Documented sales management and leadership results.
  • Experience in field sales with demonstrated history success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization.


WorkingRelationship/Direction of Others:
  • Represent HTM organization in zone and national sales meetings.
  • Support sales executives in deal escalations and approvals when required.
  • Documented leadership and role model qualities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with HTM, Core and Block Imaging.
  • Foster relationships and develop trust with internal customers.
