Thisis a role well suited for an ambitious professional, looking for the next stepin their career. As a HealthcareTechnology Management (HTM) Business Development Manager you will beresponsible for:
  • Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects for assigned geography.
  • Meet and exceed HTM Annual Sales Targets.
  • Provide relevant point of view on customer/industry requirementswhile demonstrating industry and technical acumen - commensurate with theinterests of the Customer C-levels.
  • Identifying and creating HTM solutions with an extensiveportfolio that delivers world class outcomes for our customers and helps toelevate Siemen's position in the HTM/MVS market.
  • Engage with the North American and Global ES team to keep abreastof the growing portfolio and share your understanding of the market and theevolving needs of our customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to thrive in matrix management environment andto lead collaboration efforts as solutions will horizontally extend acrossSiemens business units, people, process, and technology.
  • Drive innovation through product offerings and collaborationprojects to redefine HTM.
  • Analyze customers business requirements including clinical,operational, financial, technical, and departmental level strategic objectives.
  • Actively contribute to moving Services from reacting to market& customer events to proactively targeting, engaging, advancing, andadvising customers.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity which may affect Siemen's customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in leading the development and achievement of HTM opportunities.
  • Utilize strong presentation, brainstorming and communication skills.
  • Experience in the field of medical technology, healthcare operations, and/or MTM/MV is preferred
  • Demonstrate mastery levelknowledge of analytics and workflow optimization in HTM.
  • Understand innovative businessmodels within healthcare settings and how HTM can drive sustainable change inan organization.
  • Design & sell uniqueone-of-a-kind services that redefine traditional methodologies in HTM Market.

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role
  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience forging long-term relationships with healthcare leaders in hospital operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Recent experience with complex sales strategies or HTM/MV business.


The base salary range for this position is $140,000 -$160,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. There is also a variable compensation plan(commission) at target of $85,000.
