- Work tomaximize customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Communicatethe value proposition of Siemens service to customers
- Obtainingservice financial goals through revenue attainment and effective costcontainment.
- Ensurecompliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
- Meet annualRSM goals and metrics as established
- Hire,develop, train and coach Customer Service Engineers (CSE's)
- Prioritizecustomer and business objectives to provide clear direction to CSE's
- Ensurecustomer satisfaction through timely follow up on all issues
- Key Customerand area Management
- Develop longterm value-based relationships with key accounts
- Provideadditional escalation support to resolve key account issues
- Developproactive account plans to prevent or predict issues
- Providecontinues communication across organization for key accounts
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- BS/BA inrelated discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
- 8+ years ofsuccessful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstrationof Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
- Excellentorganizational skills
- Superiorcommunication skills (written and oral) and ability to effectively communicatewith stakeholders at many levels within the organization
- Effectivelypresent information to co-workers and employee groups, including uppermanagement, customers at various levels and public representatives
- Ability toread, analyze and translate into action financial profit and loss statements.
- Professionallevel knowledge on using analytical databases and complex excel workbooks andassociated pivot tables.
- Ability toread, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financialreports, and legal documents
- Ability tothrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Competentknowledge of MS Office applications
- Must have avalid driver's license and a clean driving record over the last three years.
