One of our clients is seeking a motivated
Clinical Lead
to oversee and manage clinical care in our nursing home. You will ensure high standards of care, lead the nursing team, and contribute to care strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team.
Develop and review care plans.
Monitor patient care and outcomes.
Provide training and supervision to staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
NMC Qualified RGN or RMN.
Experience in a senior clinical role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
