weaver.com .Position ProfileWeaver seeks an Audit Manager to join our Employee Benefit Plans team. A Weaver Audit Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. An Audit Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities.To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are

required:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA with 5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalentExperience working and interest in working with Employee Benefit PlansPossess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates and Associates in a wide variety of industriesAdditionally, the following qualifications are

preferred:Master’s degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong relationship management and practice development skillsProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffDemonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsWeaver BenefitsAt Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.
