Kia of Irving is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance & Insurance Director to manage the financial transaction of the vehicle purchasing experience for each customer of the dealership. The Finance Director must possess a strong focus on compliance requirements while providing a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits for the finance team and customers. We need a leader who can guide sharp new talent and who is passionate about providing the best customer service.

Job functions include but are not limited to:

Supports the sales and finance team to assist the customer by obtaining financial solutions, rates, and corresponding with banks regarding loans and other financial matters related to the purchase of the vehicle.

Trains personnel to provide customers with a comprehensive understanding of aftermarket products, extended vehicle service contracts, manufacturer and dealership services, and finance procedures and policies.

Obtains credit decisions, proposes agreements to lenders for approval, and assists with the sales process. Submits finance and lease agreements accurately and ensures 100% compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Maintains excellent working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs with lending institutions.

Sets and achieves the desired sales objectives for the team, ensuring deals are structured to generate the highest revenue for the dealership.

Employee Prerequisites:

3-5 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position. Pay based on experience.

Good communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.

Must complete the onboarding process within days of applying.
