Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing and Admissions:
Meet census goals by working with facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison.
Manage facility customer flow, admissions process, referral management, and admission sign-in through post-admission.
Maintain targeted occupancy levels of the facility.
Qualifications:
Skilled communicator, director, and motivator.
Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in a healthcare environment.
Long-term care experience required.
Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to travel locally by personal automobile as required.
Interest in the geriatric population.
