Key Role:Perform a wide variety of contract administration functions, including proposal development, cost strategies, modifications, review and negotiation of terms and conditions, and contract compliance. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and the recommended pricing approach. Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, proposal strategies, and client and customer relationship management. Negotiate and administer contracts independently with U.S. government agencies and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements, and organizational conflict of interest plans. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:Experience with government contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparationExperience with different contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, or Incentive Fee contractsExperience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and proceduresKnowledge of agency supplements, including U.S. government regulations or Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through consistent communication and follow-upAbility to stay organized and manage time independentlyBachelor's degreeCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
