Provide advice and counsel to senior business leadership on substantive contract compliance requirements across the contract lifecycle, with a primary focus on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) risk mitigation. Draft formal risk mitigation documents, guidance, and correspondence in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Support company compliance with contract- and corporate-level regulatory and policy requirements. Provide guidance regarding the company’s operational risk management process and support the contracts organization’s policy activities, compliance training, and communications activities. Maintain records and case management documentation for compliance and risk discussions. Establish and implement company best practices and procedures for compliance risk identification and management and work with other members of the team to establish standards and analyze or streamline existing processes. Manage multiple projects and deliver in time-pressured environments. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:Experience in a role involving the administration of government contracts or compliance activitiesKnowledge of U.S. Government OCI contract regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Ability to identify and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the businessHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience working in a large corporate environmentExperience with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with training development and presentationExperience in corresponding and negotiating with DoD and Civilian federal agenciesAbility to demonstrate critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solvingAbility to interact effectively with all levels of management, including senior leadershipPossession of excellent business analysis and risk management skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
