Advisory and Technology ServicesWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $107,968.00Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organizationHome-based position with required travel to various regional statesSupportive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversityChance to make a positive impact on Head Start and Early Head Start programsWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) to recipients related to governance, program management, and fiscal operationsAssist in the correction of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through the federal monitoring processDevelop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of compliance issuesMaintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on corrective actionsCoordinate TTA with various specialists to ensure effective integration of management systemsWhat is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college5+ years of experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs1+ years' experience in providing technical assistance and improving program operations1+ years' experience addressing compliance issues within organizationsMust possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checkHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
