Senior Accountant

We are working with a client in Miami Beach that is looking for a Accountant to join their team. This role is 100% onsite, Monday - Friday. The client offers full healthcare coverage and lunches in office daily.About the Role:Accountant Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be well-versed in accounting principles. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial success of the organization.Senior Accountant Responsibilities :Supporting day-to-day accounting operations by preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and generating detailed analyses for financial reporting.Verifying and accurately classifying all financial transactions within designated accounts, departments, and reporting segments.Applying accounting principles to reconcile complex accounts, including fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and third-party balances.Collaborating with third-party service providers to facilitate accounting functions.Working closely with accounting team members to refine processes, work papers, and tools for efficient financial data recording.Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and regulatory filings.Supporting external audit processes by preparing schedules and engaging in discussions with internal management and auditors.Senior Accountant Qualifications3+ years' of professional accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experienceCPA preferred
