Take the lead in shaping the workforce and promoting the company’s employer brand! In this role, you’ll use your expertise and independent judgment to source, screen, assess, and recommend top talent for our organization. You’ll have the opportunity to plan, execute, and evaluate innovative recruitment strategies, driving the success of our hiring efforts. As a key partner across the company, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and consultative support, ensuring our talent acquisition aligns with the company’s overall strategy.

Job Duties:

Performs full life-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment functions for the organization.

Develops and implements talent acquisition plans based on specific positions. Ensures the efficiency and cost effectiveness of plans using a variety of media/sources including, but not limited to, job fairs, web postings, social media, professional networks, cold calling, print media, etc.

Develops and sustains ongoing pipelines for talent for high demand positions throughout the organization.

Represents the company at job fairs and other Talent Acquisition activities.

Partners with department managers on current and future Talent Acquisition needs/plans.

Coordinates communication of job vacancies internally and externally.

Updates and maintains job postings on internal and external websites.

Performs full recruitment life cycle from posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to extending/negotiating the offer.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.

At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources required.

Preferably someone with at least one year of experience in corporate recruiting (including sourcing, screening for minimum qualifications, and conducting formal interviews.)

Demonstrated knowledge in employment law and other regulatory and statutory requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
