Job Description:The client is seeking a Sales/Marketing Data Analytics Consultant for a 7-month contract position, which is onsite in Mountain View, CA.Responsibilities
Analytics and Insights: Execute in-depth analyses across multiple datasets (e.g. revenue, product adoption, operations, headcount data) to identify opportunities & make recommendations for growth.Update weekly reporting dashboards & forecast models.Track key performance metrics across teams & identify insights to drive improvements.Perform data analysis on voice of customer responses to identify trends and new opportunities.Support administrative needs from the broader team, such as filing tickets, troubleshooting assignment process errors, testing workflows for callback numbers for operational teams and developing voice analytics text trackers.Manage the quarterly forecasting process, setting templates & reminding site leads of deadlines. Also oversee delivery of quarterly quality audit completion by site.Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.Present clear and compelling data-backed stories to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.Mandatory
2-3+ years of related experience.Strong professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail.Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing & disseminating information accurately.Experience working in a sales environment or with third party vendors would be a plus.Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics.Skills
