Regional Fixed Operations Director . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.
Located in the Palm Beach County area, the Regional Fixed Operations Director will be responsible for the reputation, efficiency, and profitability of Napleton’s Palm Beach area dealership’s service departments. As with all positions within dealerships, this position will have a focus on improving the sales performance and CSI Scores across the board.

Job Responsibilities:
Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department, and monitoring the departments’ performance.
Directing the hiring and training of managers for the service, parts, and body departments.
Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
Creating and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, ensuring that department staff are helpful, as well as making customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referral and repeat business.
Working directly with customers and warranty clerks to administer warranty claims, as well as understanding and applying warranty guidelines.
Creating dealership service and pricing policies.
Ensuring that service repairs are performed efficiently and correctly by conducting spot checks on jobs.
Understanding and keeping abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations, and complying with these regulations as well as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know regulations.
Creating uniformity by providing the necessary training and guidance to the service department personnel to ensure productivity and allow for consistent and excellent customer experience across the dealerships.
Assisting the Service Managers in establishing individual sales goals and training curriculum tailored to each employee.
Building a winning team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating, and rewarding Service Department Employees.
Taking underperforming employees offline and retraining through the shadow program as required.
Establishing competitive pay plans to keep personnel committed to customer satisfaction, retail sales, and team goals.
Ensuring all department personnel represent the store in a professional manner and are provided with appropriate uniforms to comply with the company dress code.
Cross-training others within the department to assume the responsibilities of the manager in the case of absence.
Ensuring each and every employee is trained to the appropriate skill level of their position for the utmost success and manufacturer certification.
All other duties as assigned by the Corporate Fixed Operations Director.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fixed Operations Director overseeing multiple locations.
At least 5 years of previous experience as a Service Manager at a high-volume location.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills are required to work with customers, employees, and vendors.
Ability to maintain the profitability of the service department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
