Fixed Operations Director at Bristol ToyotaJob Summary:The Fixed Operations Director at Bristol Toyota is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the dealership's fixed operations, which includes the service and parts departments. Create and implement strategies to increase fixed operations profitability and customer satisfaction.Manage and monitor department budgets and financials.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.Oversee the hiring, training, and performance management of fixed operations staff.Ensure efficient and effective operations of the service and parts departments, including scheduling, pricing, and inventory management.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns.Act as a liaison between the fixed operations departments and other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.Stay updated on industry trends, new technology, and best practices to continually improve fixed operations processes and procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred but not required.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry and fixed operations management.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of increasing profitability and customer satisfaction in fixed operations.In-depth knowledge of automotive technology, service, and parts.Familiarity with dealership management systems and customer relationship management tools.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.EEOC statement:Bristol Toyota is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
