will lead a team of engineers who will design and develop data models, create data visualizations, describe the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business insights into actionable plans. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.Use your skills to make an impactRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of technical experience in data analysisMinimum 3 years of experience in SQL developmentAdvanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizationsExperience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic directionProficiency in understanding Healthcare related dataProficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadershipMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesMust be able to accommodate business hours according to Eastern Standard TimeExperience in building and maintaining visualization suites that support a wide array of business customersDemonstrated experience in developing and mentoring junior staff membersMaintain availability outside standard business hours based on business needPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of leadership experience (team(s) up to 10 people) managing direct reportsExperience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or Qlik for creating data visualizationsExpertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modelingExperience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectorsExperience in cloud computing (Azure preferred)Experience managing workloads via Azure DevOpsProfessional experience with Azure DevOps, GIT, NuGet, CI/CD processes and Agile methodologiesHands on experience working with agile/scrum methodologies including user story grooming, sprint planning etc. to deliver high quality software solutions improving team velocity and speed to marketExperience with Data Warehousing (Azure/SQL/Synapse) and ETL (Azure Data Factory/SSIS)Additional InformationWork Style : RemoteScheduled Weekly Hours : 40Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,800 - $144,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
