About The Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities, including assisting CBRE Transaction Managers and clients throughout the real estate documentation process.

What You'll Do:

Draft and create a variety of analyses and relevant documents including leases, subleases, LOI and RFP checklists, lease abstracts, and other support documentation.

Review business terms and conditions for various commercial real estate products, including landlord/owner drafted leases and amendments, and prepare initial comments for client review.

Gather resources to complete lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.

Understand lease documents thoroughly.

Negotiate and redline leases, amendments, and purchase and sale agreements.

Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, including a strong understanding of lease documents and experience negotiating and redlining leases, amendments, and purchase and sale agreements. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, respond to time-sensitive issues, write reports using distinctive style, and make effective presentations on complex topics. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively and diplomatically with clients and executives.

Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions and solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.

Highly sophisticated math skills with the ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Transaction Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary is $150,000 annually.
