As a CBRE Transaction Management Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities, including assisting CBRE Transaction Managers and clients throughout the real estate documentation process.What You'll Do:

Draft and create a variety of analysis and relevant documents including leases, subleases, LOI and RFP checklists, lease abstracts and checklists, template RFPs, and other support documentation.Review business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate products, including landlord/owner drafted leases, amendments, and preparation of initial comments for client review and approval.Gather resources to complete lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.Maintain a strong understanding of lease documents.Negotiate and redline leases, amendments, and purchase and sale agreements.Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.What You'll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, including a strong understanding of lease documents and experience negotiating and redlining leases.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents and respond effectively to time-sensitive issues.Ability to write reports using distinctive style and make effective presentations on complex topics.Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with clients and executives.Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.Highly sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Why CBRE?
