HEYDUDE is looking for its next go-to, an Integrated Marketing Manager! This role will work cross-functionally among the marketing team and the PLM team to ensure the delivery of seasonal stories, drive product understanding. This position will work closely with the brand team, product, and marketing channels to drive cohesive, consumer-obsessed storytelling across the marketing funnel. This role is a pivotal member of the marketing team, with the goal of growing brand awareness, crafting meaningful connections with consumers to deepen brand affinity, and driving sell in and sell thru results. They will bring a full funnel, integrated strategy to life in partnership with our brand communications channels, creative teams and other key stakeholders throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for the footwear and apparel industry-should have a Go-To attitude and ready to roll up their sleeves with a GSD attitude while tackling every day with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
Support the development of integrated marketing programs (from brief to post launch analysis) with internal and external agency partners for existing and new product & category stories.Handles the development of seasonal sell-in and sell-thru toolkits for global product marketing stories.Drives effective communication of key product and marketing strategies across the brand to ensure that global product positioning and objectives are well defined and deliver a consistent brand message.Constantly have a pulse on marketing trends across industries, with a specific pulse on digital native brands with brick-and-mortar retail footprint.Partners with consumer insights and analytics to ensure seasonal campaign strategy effectively reaches and engages the most effective target customers.Serve as the primary contact for channel specialists in pulling together a coordinated plan for all product and brand launches.Work closely with the communications functions to ensure all channel and tactical plans, messaging and creative materials are aligned.Partner with the wholesale marketing team to ensure the materials work for their retailers.Think outside of the box and bring new opportunities to the table to help communicate brand and product launches consistently.What You'll Bring to the Table
BS or BA in business, marketing or related field - or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing and or product marketing.Background and knowledge of brand and integrated marketing is required.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Strong understanding of the footwear industry.Highly collaborative and can work within a cross-function team effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritize, manage and meet deadlines.Effectively manage time and operate with sense of urgency.Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.Copes effectively with complexity and change.
