The Senior Media Buyer will play a critical role in driving the company's overall growth by leading and developing the performance marketing strategy across a set book of business. In this role, the individual will oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including, but not limited to, paid search, social advertising, and other forms of paid media. This position requires a highly analytical and strategic individual with a proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.

The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for supporting the training of team members on performance marketing while working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, dev, and analytics to develop and optimize campaigns, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Defining channel strategy and growth levers for your bookIdentifying performance marketing trendsAdapting strategies around consumer behavior by channel to reduce friction in users' path to purchaseCreating funnels that take users from the initial research phase to the purchaseIdentify opportunities to grow market share in existing strategies, including innovation through competitive analysis.Build a performance marketing strategy from scratch for new channels.Guide business forecasting from a paid traffic acquisition standpointMultichannel marketing approachAbility to teach and coach all of the following as an expert across skill levels: data analysis, Microsoft Excel, keyword strategy, bidding strategies, targeting, campaign budgeting, etc.Daily campaign maintenance. Manage, review, and optimize ad spend.Guide the Product team to building and improving landing pages and funnels.Maintenance of daily revenue data across internal performance tracking dashboards.Maintain and monitor keyword bids, impression share, CPA goals, quality score, etc.Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and essential reporting tools, and identify critical areas of importance by client goals.Optimize ad copy and creative.Analyze and formulate a strategy to drive lead-gen advertising efforts forward.Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and audience building.Tying together various attribution and payout structures within a vertical to compare the performance of offers side-by-side.Generating weekly and monthly client reporting on clicks, leads, and keyword performance.Collaborate with Marketing agencies, affiliate platforms, and advertising partners.Qualifications:

4+ years experience in PPC through Google AdsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related fieldExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge and expertise in internet marketing campaigns, including SEM, native, social, etc.Expert-level Microsoft Excel, analytical skills, consumer behavior in digital marketing, funnel analysis, ideation, and creation.Understanding of conversion pixel tracking, event tracking, URL parameters for attribution, and Google offline conversion uploads

What we offer:

This is a full-time, hybrid position in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The position offers relocation assistance.

This job's total annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $115,000.

The salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's professional and academic knowledge and experience, training, associated duties of the role, and geographic location.
