Greet guests as they enter the lobby area.Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly.Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services.Provide guest transportation, as needed.Provide luggage delivery and/or storage, as requested.Resolve guest conflict/challenges through empowerment.Practice safe driving techniques and obey all state and federal driving/safety laws.Communicate with Front Desk via radio.Perform and respond to all other requests from Hotel Management.Job Requirements:

High school graduate/GED.Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record with Department of Motor Vehicles.
