Apply today Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Marketing Intern for Connecticut College. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new partnership focused on enhancing the student dining experience through innovative programs and services. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to craft and implement customized marketing solutions for our campus dining programs, focusing on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and promoting the campus dining brand through engaging events and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist dining locations on campus with executing marketing promotions, voluntary meal plan campaigns, events, catering, and retail sales drivers. Ensure adherence to Chartwells' residential, retail, and catering brand standards across campus dining programs, including brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience platforms.Support communications and public relations efforts for campus dining programs, including managing guest feedback, press releases, client and campus presentations, and website updates.Participate in social and digital media efforts by creating engaging content and storytelling.Help develop and implement marketing plans, monitor their effectiveness, and report on results.Build and maintain positive relationships with key campus connections to align our programs with University initiatives, enhancing satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the campus community on initiatives such as sustainability, nutritional and dietary awareness, and improving the residential dining experience.Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, programming announcements, promotional guides, and more. Preferred Qualifications: Currently enrolled as a student at Connecticut College.Experience with digital and print design.Creative and driven, with an engaging and outgoing personality.Ability to work with large groups and collaborate effectively.Knowledge of KPIs and experience tracking/analyzing data.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent writing and communication skills.This internship is an excellent opportunity for students passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
