Job Description
The YMCA of Fox Cities is hiring a Resource Development Director. As someone managing our resource development initiatives, you’ll share the importance of the YMCA’s mission and how giving truly makes an impact.
Qualifications
Significant experience in fundraising with proven success in major gifts, annual fundraising campaigns &/or special events is required.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience in community outreach, working with nonprofits, and donors.Strong analytical skills and working experience with Microsoft Office 360.
Essential Functions
Engage, educate and excite our donors to support the Y’s primary fundraising campaign and grow our culture of philanthropy as a nonprofit. Fundraising, community outreach and fostering relationships - new & old - are necessary to be successful in this role. Create data-driven strategies to improve lead management and the cultivation of financial gifts. A career at the Y is a calling.
