Our client is a global leader in biotherapeutics dedicated to saving lives through cutting-edge Plasma technologies. They are currently looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join their team remotely.
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's corporate training programs. If you are passionate about applying adult learning theories to create impactful training materials and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Salary:
$48 - $50 per hour

Work Hours:
8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
Define instructional goals, design content, and create engaging instructional graphics and interfaces.
Leverage best practices in curriculum development and adult learning theories to create and refine training materials that engage and educate effectively.
Provide expert advice on integrating corporate training programs into business operations. Review and approve documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Create interactive exercises and materials, including audio, video, simulations, and role-plays, to enhance the learning experience.
Develop and implement classroom, web-based, and multimedia training programs focused on corporate conduct policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
6+ years of experience in instructional design, with proven expertise in applying learning theories and methodologies.
Proficient with Learning Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Vyond), and Microsoft Office.
Advanced skills in storyboarding, video/audio editing, and scriptwriting.
