We're seeking a dynamic SDR Outreach Program Manager to drive our sales development initiatives using sales engagement platforms. This role will be crucial in elevating our outreach program to drive true sales optimization across the organization.Job Responsibilities

Support the development of a robust program and content strategy that is tightly aligned with business, sales and marketing goalsFoster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, GTM and Product teams to create and execute a coordinated outreach programRefine impactful outreach campaigns to enhance prospect engagement and drive pipelineImplement robust attribution models to demonstrate pipeline and revenue impactCreate and optimize exceptional outreach content specifically for sales needs and driversCreate and maintain program documentation, best practices, and guidelines for SDR teamAnalyze program performance and present results to sales leadership and executivesStay current with industry trends and innovations in sales development and outreach technologiesKnowledge and Experience

3+ years of experience in sales development, GTM, enablement or related fieldProven track record in executing successful SDR outreach programs / campaignsExceptional program management and organizational skillsStrong understanding of Outreach.io platform or equivalent (Apollo.io, Salesloft) and best practices, also leveraging AI & AI capabilities to scale content production & content personalizationOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence toolsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experienceExceptional writing skills, especially knowing how to write high-performing SDR emailsDesired Qualities:Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable outreach plansCollaborative program manager capable of influencing cross-functional teamsPassion for sales optimization and continuous improvement of outreach strategiesProactive approach, willing to adopt a test and learn approach to developing a high impact, high visibility programCreativity in developing engaging outreach content and sequencesThis role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant business impact through innovative SDR outreach programs.
