We are an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our Colorado Springs Branch.

Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC, facility services industries or property management. Must have an outgoing personality and 2+ years of outside sales experience.

Job Details:

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative in the Construction industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for selling Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services to businesses and industrial establishments. This role requires a driven individual who has a knack for creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a proven track record in B2B sales, and experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads by identifying potential customers and developing a strategic sales plan.
  2. Sell HVAC systems and services to businesses and industrial establishments by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  3. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities and profit and service improvements.
  4. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  5. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  7. Stay updated with the latest products in the market and the newest industry trends to ensure a high level of expertise.
  8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  9. Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set by the company.
  10. Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at company approved pricing standards and develop assigned key accounts.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  2. 2+ years in HVAC sales or a similar role in the construction industry.
  3. Proven track record of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
  4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
