Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator in the HVAC sector to join our dynamic team. This role is an integral part of our construction business operations, where you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of our HVAC services. You will be the main point of contact for all service-related activities, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls, ensuring timely and efficient response to customer needs.
2. Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
3. Monitor the progress of service orders, ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed timeframe and to the highest quality standards.
4. Maintain a detailed record of all service activities, including service calls, customer communications, and technician assignments.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of service strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Provide technical support to service technicians when required.
8. Manage and monitor inventory of service parts and supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled service calls.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on service activities and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC or facility service related industry.
2. Proven experience in coordinating and managing service operations.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industry best practices.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
