Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  5. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  6. Use Sage and Timberline software for project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  7. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  8. Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports for stakeholders.
  9. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects -Residential, Shell, or Tunnel Form projects
  3. Proficient in project management software
  4. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  5. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  6. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  7. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  10. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
