We are a leading medical organization seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring that our innovative medical products are well-represented in the market. This role requires a professional with a strong background in aesthetics, team leadership, and a proven track record in the medical industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  4. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  6. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  8. Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies and solutions.
  9. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  10. Report on sales results and provide meaningful feedback to senior management.
  11. Identify and address sales potential amongst team members.
