We are searching for a dynamic and experienced District Sales Manager to join our expanding team in the Medical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets, and managing the sales team in the district. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key medical professionals, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field, particularly in aesthetics, and a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead, manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve district sales targets.
  3. Conduct regular sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our product range and demonstrating their benefits.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and educate the team to ensure they can confidently discuss them with clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to understand market trends, and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry, including healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  7. Negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring they align with company's policies and standards.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges and opportunities in the district.
  9. Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and meetings to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
