Salary: $310,000 - $365,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a 4th-5th year attorney with experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Ideal candidates should possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical abilities, along with strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills. Candidates are expected to have experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents, as well as meeting the day-to-day needs of private equity funds and portfolio company clients. The role requires sound business and strategic judgment, with the opportunity to serve as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. Excellent academic credentials and prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors are essential. Equal Opportunity Employer.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate's skill set.
