Salary: $310,000 - $365,000 per year

We are seeking a 4th-5th year attorney with experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Ideal candidates should possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical abilities, along with strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills. Candidates are expected to have experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents, as well as meeting the day-to-day needs of private equity funds and portfolio company clients. The role requires sound business and strategic judgment, with the opportunity to serve as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
