is working with a leading global law firm who is seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join their dynamic
Private Equity and M&A team . This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with
4-5 years of experience
in private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to contribute to cutting-edge transactions in a collaborative and innovative environment.Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.Meeting day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.Providing excellent legal counsel with a focus on business and strategic judgment.Playing a lead role as an extension of client business teams in a team-oriented environment.Requirements:4-5 years of legal experience in private equity and M&A.Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and project management skills.Prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.Good business and strategic judgment.Compensation:The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000.
