is working with a leading global law firm who is currently seeking experienced attorneys with
4-6 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with strong M&A skills and a track record of success in managing complex M&A transactions.Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions.Managing the deal process and client relationships.Supervising junior associates in M&A matters.Handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.Strong M&A skills with a proven track record of success.Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships.Experience supervising junior associates.High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.Compensation:The expected annual pay range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000.
