Job Details

Currently seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with experience in corporate shareholder derivative litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional research and writing skills, and a passion for delivering results in complex legal matters.

Handle all aspects of corporate litigation cases from inception to resolution.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Assist in case strategy development, including legal analysis and risk assessment.

Manage discovery processes, including document review, preparation of discovery requests and responses, and deposition preparation.

Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed case records, correspondence, and billing information.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing with the applicable jurisdiction.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on corporate shareholder derivative litigation preferred.

Strong understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and corporate governance principles.

Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
