Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year

As an accounting manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations for your division, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closes, preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and supporting the operations team with actionable data. You will analyze financial variances, propose improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining internal controls and mentoring the accounting team.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field
• CPA license in TN, reciprocal state, or eligibility to sit for CPA exam
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Accounting management experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• Sage
• Multi-site healthcare industry experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed company
• Public accounting experience
