Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are a local/regional CPA firm that has been in business for nearly 50 years, and employs around 50 employees in the Greater Tampa, FL area.

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Accounting Advisory Manager (Hybrid) to join our growing firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, providing flexibility and balance in your work life. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in managing and advising on client accounting matters. Your work will directly impact the financial health and success of our clients, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and advise on all aspects of client accounting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
2. Utilize Sage and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate insightful financial reports.
3. Ensure compliance with GAAP Accounting principles in all client accounting matters.
4. Provide strategic financial advisory services to clients, helping them to optimize their financial performance and achieve their business objectives.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their accounting needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve client services.
7. Continuously stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. CPA certification is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory.
3. Proven experience with month-end close, year-end close, Sage, and QuickBooks.
4. Solid understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
5. Excellent client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide sound financial advice.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
10. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
