Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Plaintiff personal injury law firm dedicated to helping clients across Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Formulate case strategies and counsel clients on their legal rights.
• Represent clients in court and mediations and negotiate settlements effectively.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of relevant legal experience in personal injury law.
• Preferred experience at either a plaintiff or defense firm.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Proven ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
