Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Our rapidly growing construction company is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Multifamily Superintendent. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing electrical projects, particularly in the multifamily sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project completion, budget management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing multifamily electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and building regulations.
• Lead and manage the on-site construction team, coordinating with other construction professionals such as architects and engineers.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost parameters.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve any issues or delays as they arise.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on time.
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders and upper management.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues as they arise, leveraging expertise in electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically within the multifamily sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with team members, project stakeholders, and upper management.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including project management and CAD software.
• Certification as a Licensed Electrician is preferred.
• Physical ability to work on a construction site, including lifting heavy equipment and materials.
