Job Details

As a Senior Assurance Associate, you will lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and support team members in their development. You’ll have a hands-on role, ensuring engagements are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a position that requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coaching and mentoring junior staff. Your expertise in GAAP, FASB, and other accounting standards will be key to delivering top-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Manage fieldwork for client engagements from start to finish.

Apply knowledge of clients’ business operations to enhance audit quality.

Ensure follow-up and delivery meet client expectations.

Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and your team.

Delegate tasks appropriately and take ownership of work completion.

Participate in ongoing professional development and provide feedback to others.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in public accounting.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team setting.

CPA preferred but not required.
