Salary: $170,000 - $225,000 per year

A reputable, 20 + attorney law firm tackling high-profile, complex cases across state and federal courts is looking for a Litigation Attorney to help them impact major public and private entities. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 + years of Litigation experience in the following areas: Business Law/Commercial, Healthcare, Regulatory, Labor/employment, or Public Entity Litigation. All candidates must have a license to practice law in California.

Requirements:

• Active California License
• 3 + years of Litigation Defense experience with any of the following: Business Law/Commercial, Healthcare, Regulatory, Labor/employment, or Public Entity Litigation
• Experience working with Public and Private Entities
• Litigation experience in California’s State and Federal Courts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Taking/defending depositions, drafting motions, discoveries, motions for summary judgement, mediation, or trial.
