Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Mid-sized Law firm located in Northern California is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join their team!! The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 + years of Business/Commercial Litigation experience, a license to practice law in California, and experience practicing within state and federal courts.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of CA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or commercial litigation in both state and federal courts
• Experience with depositions, motions, research & writing
