- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and life cycle.
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues.
- Ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems are up to date and meet all standard regulations.
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Oversee inventory and order new parts when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Prepare and control department budget, forecast needs and manage expenditures.
- Train and guide subordinates in the latest technology and automation.
- Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and PLC.
- Proven experience in conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Advanced skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of safety compliance and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is preferred.
