Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per year

We are a premier domestic packaging manufacturer specializing in highly decorated metal and plastic packaging designed to elevate leading consumer brands. We have established ourselves as a trusted partner to top brands in the beauty and personal care, confectionery, and food and beverage markets. Our packaging solutions include metal packaging for tins and aluminum containers, as well as plastic packaging products such as containers, sticks, and closures. We help our customers establish brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety laws and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations and implement changes as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and training activities.
• Develop and distribute safety-related communications, such as newsletters and safety alerts.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to integrate safety into all manufacturing processes.
• Manage the workers' compensation program, including claims processing and coordination with insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
• A bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
